At Doshi Wellness, therapeutic massage sessions are tailored to fit your specific needs. There is no "one size fits all" massages here.
Our goal is to be able to move each day without pain. Cumulative massage sessions will give you exponential benefits. The massage sessions are extremely therapeutic in decreasing toxins, increasing oxygen levels in your blood, and improving flexibility in the joints by decreasing muscle tension.
When needed, deep tissue massage is used to reach deeper layers of muscle. It is used to break down knots, increase range of motion and relieve trigger points throughout the body. Massage helps to re-pattern muscles that have been compromised.
A wide range of health issues can be addressed, from arthritis, muscle pain, difficulty sleeping, trauma, stress, and much more. It can help to boost immunity, help with sleep patterns, and increase energy during the day.
We don't charge extra fees for specialty massages or deeper pressure. Each session blends multiple techniques depending on need - including and not limited to neuromuscular therapy, acupressure, relaxation, deep tissue, reflexology, oncology, and m-technique. Touch ranges from gentle to firm, with good communication during the session. Prenatal sessions require special considerations and a bit more time to accommodate the changing body.
Today, massages are offered in many different settings with many different standards of care. Doshi Wellness raises the bar to the highest standard of care. Your massage experience will be like no other. Come recalibrate your body and mind, and experience being fully present.
Our team of experienced massage therapists keep up to date on educational classes to offer the best therapeutic massages possible.
